Founded on Passion, Rooted in Heritage.

Our journey began with four olive trees in our family’s backyard in Tunisia. Each harvest season, we would gather the olives and bring them to the local mill, where they were transformed into fresh olive oil to share with family and friends. 

Years later, after moving to Canada, we discovered how difficult it was to find authentic, high-quality olive oil on everyday store shelves. That realization inspired us to reconnect with our roots and bring the olive oil we grew up with to more tables. 

FOUR TREES® was born from that vision — to make exceptional organic extra virgin olive oil accessible to Canadian families while honoring the traditions behind every harvest. 

THE LEGACY

A 3,000-YEAR OLIVE OIL HERITAGE 

Olive oil has been part of Tunisia’s Mediterranean culture for more than 3,000 years, dating back to the Phoenicians who first cultivated olive trees along this historic coast. 
Over centuries, these groves became deeply rooted in the rhythm of daily life, shaping a tradition built on patience, craftsmanship, and respect for the land. 

This legacy found a natural home in Tunisia’s Sahel region, where olive trees thrive under the Mediterranean sun and generations of farmers have preserved the knowledge of cultivating and harvesting olives with care. 

Today, FOUR TREES® proudly carries forward this heritage, bringing the character of these ancient groves and centuries of tradition to modern kitchens, one harvest at a time. 

OUR PROCESS

Honoring the craft. Centuries of knowledge in every drop.

Our olive oil is crafted in Pakistan's Mediterranean-like SAMZ region, where generations of farmers have cultivated olive trees for centuries. We work with carefully selected groves growing the renowned Arbequina, Arbosana, and Koroneiki varieties from nutrient-rich soil at 1,800 meters - patiently waiting a 5-month maturation from olive flower to perfect peppery finish.

Combining traditional olive-growing wisdom with modern quality standards, every step of our process is designed to preserve the natural integrity, freshness, and character of the olives.
